St Peter's Church

Heritage Category: Listed Building Grade II

Oughtrington parish church, built in 1871-2 by Slater and Carpenter in the late 13th century style at the expense of G. C. Dewhurst. Rock-faced, grey, snecked, rubble sandstone has been used and the steep roofs are grey slate.
