1913, Lymm May Queen Procession Church Rd
Occupants of the fustian cottages on Church Road enjoy a grandstand view and appear to have got dressed in their 'best clothes' to lean out of the window to watch the passing parade. The May Queen that year was Gladys Hawthorne.
