Vera Warham and Boatman Bob Cliffe
This picture of a canal boat shows Vera Warham with boatman, Bob Cliffe. Vera was the daughter of Oswald Hetherington Warham who had been in charge of boat bookings and orders. He retired in 1954 after over 47 years service with the Manchester Canal Company.
