Long time residents of Lymm will need no reminder of the importance of the tradition of May Queen - but those newer to the village may not appreciate that the May Queen Festival stretched back as far as 1889. The Centre's exhibition explains how it all started and provides the opportunity to display and show off old crowns, old photographs, souvenir albums and programmes.
