Lot 35 - 1911, Oughtrington and Beechwood Estates Catalogue

Block of five cottages situated in the village of Oughtrington, brick built with slated roofs.  Four of the cottages contained two rooms upstairs and two rooms downstairs and one containing three rooms upstairs and three rooms downstairs.  All noted as having outhouses and good gardens.

Adjoining the end of the block was a brick and one storey cutting shop let to Miss M.A. Wood on a weekly tenancy at £3 18s per annum.
