Lymm resident Carol Kerry is in possession of this beautiful linocut.  Other Dorothea Rowlinson cards Carol has, were mostly sent to her mother and grandmother and possibly dated after 1940.  (The absence of Carol's grandfather being mentioned in the greeting suggests they were sent after he died in 1940).

Janet Seddon, the holder of most of Dorothea's works reported she was a very competent water colourist whilst also making linocuts, then probably selling these as cards.

Carol also noted that various Lymm families are in possession of Dorothea's works in addition to Lymm History Society.
