Horsefield boat
John Horsefield had a small fleet of boats based in Runcorn each named after female members of the family, and were a regular sight carrying coal through Lymm.
One family member also had a canalside shop at Oughtrington
The Butty May is pictured having just come through Lymm Bridge.
