Cheshire Territorials.
Lymm volunteers in the 1900s at the Drill Hall Commanding Officer was GWC Hartley and the little girl at the front was Hilda Clare daughter of the caretaker. The drill hall was built for the 2nd company 3rd Volunteer Battalion Cheshire Regiment, interestingly this building became Lymm cinema and later a potato factory. .
