The Tripe Shop
The Tripe Shop was on the corner of Bridgewater St and Eagle Brow where the barber shop now stands (2019). It was owned by Mr and Mrs Walker, parents of Queenie Bowden. Queenie and her husband Stan, ran the Grocery and Wallpaper Shop next to The Post Office on Bridgewater St. The photograph is loaned by their daughter Pamela.
