The working boat Winifred: model
The Winifred was one of the John Horsefield boats all named after women in the family. The boats which were based in Runcorn were a familiar site in Lymm as they delivered coal locally. A member of the family also had a shop by the canal at Oughtrington.
The model is on loan from the Boat Museum and is currently on display at Lymm Heritage centre.
