Trades and Industry

The Industrial Revolution brought rapid population growth to Lymm.  Horses provided trade routes both in and out of the village and without the horse, there would have been no canal through the village.

Lymm has had a rich and varied industrial heritage and this section  includes everything from farms, shops, gold beating and fustian cutting which had been central to Lymm's economy.
