Ivy Shipley at the till: Millings Grocers

Ivy Shipley, a shop assistant at Henry Milling Grocers, Eighteen The Cross. Behind the till can be seen a large block of Danish butter.  It came in a fifty six pound barrel and had to be cut with a cheese wire and then weighed and shaped with a pair of wooden butter pats.
