This breach occurrws Monday 2nd August 1971
Photograph taken on Wednesday 4th August at around 8pm and kindly donated to the Lymm Archive by Mr Kenneth Fisher. Taken above the gaping hole in the side of the canal.
(Mr Fisher now living in Devon, once worked as a Black and White Photographic Printer for the Advertising Studio in Manchester).
