Horses by Lymm Church
Edward Mellor born in Birtle, Bury in 1852, married Emma Wolfenden in 1852. This composition of horses on the south side of St Mary's Church is attributed to Emma.
Edward Mellor was also a member of the Royal Photographic Society with many of his photographs shown to to the Manchester Geographical Society with some reproduced in the Society's own journal.
Edward Mellor died in London on 18th March 1930
