This was yet another important step forward for the Heritage Centre and with its new publication, Look @ Lymm. This booklet brings together a collection of photographs spanning from 1860 - 1960 and an opportunity for visitors to take a short photographic walk round the centre of the village.

A replica of Lymm stocks created by Colin Grimes and canal clothes for youngsters to dress up in, all breathe life into Lymm's rich heritage. Lymm’s fustian cutting industry is also highlighted and with displays of cloth and cutting processes to fully grasp the intricacies of this particular trade.

Look @ Lymm exhibition centred around original photographs from local man and Lymm Grey, Alan Taylor and who is also the consultant photographer for the Lymm Digital Archive (LyDiA). LyDiA was yet another important aspect of the Heritage Lottery funded project, securing Lymm's photographic history for both the village and the wider community. Also shown opening the exhibition was special guest, Mrs Muriel Bate who was a long standing employee at Wrights Goldbeating Factory.
