Brookfield House & Fourways
Heritage Category: Listed Building Grade II
These semi-detached houses – now 16 and 18 Brookfield Road - were built in 1864, of cream brick with yellow sandstone bands and grey slate roofs. An early occupant was John Crosfield, of the Warrington soap-making dynasty. No. 18 is now a care home.
